'London Shadow: The British Revolution from Gilbert & George to Damien Hirst' seeks to explore the artistic growth that swept through Britain in the late eighties and early nineties. The group show frames the artists' work as a source of inspiration for the Young British Artists who would come to define the last decades of the twentieth century.

'London Shadow' features work from a selection of artists, including: Julian Opie, Martin Creed, Tracey Emin, Mat Collishaw, Gillian Wearing and Gavin Turk. Hirst has three pieces in the show, each from a different body of work: the 2009-2010 Fact Painting 'Everes comyntas', a 2003 Spot Painting '3-Methyluracil' and the 1989-2010 Medicine Cabinet, 'Problems'.
